Along with per incident calls, we offer support plans for companies that don't require full time IT support but would like to have peace of mind knowing that there is someone monitoring their IT infrastructure. Having us take care of the IT will allow you to focus your attention on growing your business. Our plans include network monitoring and reporting, remote assistance, PC maintenance, IT helpdesk, and more.

When you sign up for one of our support plans you also get our preferred client rate on any work that is not covered by the plan. That is a 20% savings off our regular rate.

Our free reuse/recycle service helps us save you money and time by reusing any available, fully functional and tested parts to repair your computer. If we have a used part on hand that will help us get your computer functional again we use it at no cost to you. If we don't have a part on hand or you prefer to purchase a new part we will place the order and continue the repair once we receive it.
